Qualification Flexibility

Course Information

The qualifications have been designed so learners can move between qualifications. For example, a learner who has completed the units required for a Certificate can build on this to work towards a Diploma (by completing additional units). Similarly, learners working towards a Diploma may decide to discontinue their studies after having achieved sufficient units to be awarded the Certificate.

All our courses are run over weekends.

Qualification aim and broad objectives

Holistic Wellbeing qualifications at Levels 3 aim to provide:

• Progression opportunities into related fields of study

• Opportunities for learners to develop skills, knowledge and understanding of mental health and wellbeing

• Progression within the vocational qualifications towards higher level technical, professional and/or managerial skills, knowledge and understanding

Qualification rationale

RSL Level 3 Qualifications in Holistic Wellbeing have been designed to sit alongside the other creative industry qualification suites (Performing Arts, Music, Digital Media). Creative sectors are documented to have a high rate of mental health and wellbeing issues that are often unaddressed.

These qualifications have been created with this in mind, with the goal of equipping practitioners with the skills and knowledge needed to understand and foster positive wellbeing. The qualifications are aimed at candidates looking to progress to a higher level of education or entry into specialist employment or to support their other areas of study or employment.

This suite of qualifications has been designed to encourage the development of skills and self-reflection needed to navigate a unique and varied route through a complex landscape of careers. Although the qualifications are offered with the creative industries in mind, the application of Holistic Wellbeing qualifications should not be limited by any particular sector or vocation.

The qualifications are delivered at Level 3. The final qualification will be awarded upon successful completion of a specified number of Guided Learning Hours (GLH).

Access to our level 3 or level 4 teaching on an individual module attendance basis. You can choose which units you wish to attend to get the knowledge you require. No certification or assessments included. With each weekend unit, you get two days of intensive teaching on the subjects that interest you.

Please note All our online courses with live teaching are delivered via Zoom and are recorded for safeguarding purposes. The Diploma versions are accredited by RSL awards who will issue OFQUAL/UCAS Registered Diploma certificates upon qualification. Completion CPD certificates are issued by The Maxcebo Wellbeing Academy. * Modules are released on a month-by-month basis timed from your start date. Payment for courses can be made via Credit Card for your extra protection or by Bank Transfer if you prefer.
